Will massage help even if I don't have anything specifically bothering me?
You bet! Massage benefits your overall well-being. You don't need to have an injury or health condition to benefit from massage.
What Should I bring to My Appointment?
- Clothes that are easy to move in like: shorts and a tank top or sports bra.
- List of medications and any diagnostic imaging reports.
- Your goals and a description of how we can serve you.
How often should I get a massage?
It depends on your goals, how much time you have for after care, who can be an accountability buddy and support for your wellness.

How soon will I feel better?
You might feel great after one treatment. Longer term relief comes after three or four treatments.
Will I be sore after my appointment?
You might feel "bruisy" or "just worked out" kind of ache for up to 48 hours after treatment for a specific condition. This is normal. If discomfort lasts for more than 48 hours contact your therapist.
